In the News!
Here at the Physics Society, we surf not on waves, but through dozens of research papers. We listen not to the din of rain, but to the constant pitter-patter of our keyboard clicks. We stretch our brains not for school, but to make science-y puns: and born from this nerdiness is our dear PhySoc Monthly. Broaden your minds and read on to laugh, learn, and cry at our pathetic jokes.

Rockets
Have you ever wondered exactly how a rocket takes off? Or how something so heavy travels at such rapid speeds? Well, don’t fear because PhySoc is here. On this edition of PhySoc Monthly, we’ll unpack the journey of a rocket from a base on Earth to the surface of the moon. Hang tight otherwise you’ll be left behind!
Colours
According to Google, colour is defined as the sensation resulting from the stimulation of the retina by light waves of certain wavelengths. Sounds complicated? Don't worry, we'll explain everything in this month's edition of our beloved PhySoc Monthly. Read on to sip the tea about scientist feuds, prism lovers and most importantly, the origins of the rainbow - because sometimes, all you need is a little splash of colour (and knowledge).
